To provide our queueing services, we collect the following types of information:

• Authentication Data: Your email address and password when you register for an account. Authentication is required to ensure your queue state is durable across devices.
• Profile Information: Any unique identifier (e.g., registration or membership number) you provide when joining a specific queue.
• Queue Activity: Information regarding the sessions you join, your serial numbers, your batch assignments, and your attendance status.

• To create and maintain your account securely.
• To generate serial numbers and place you correctly in organizational queues.
• To send timely notifications regarding your batch assignments, time changes, or queue interruptions.
• To allow organizations and officials to effectively manage their participant batches.

The identifiers and queue activity data you submit to a specific queue (Session) are visible to the officials/administrators who created and manage that queue. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Your data is stored securely on managed cloud infrastructure solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your profile settings within your dashboard or request an account deletion to permanently remove your data from our active systems.
