By accessing and using Enque (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Enque provides a lightweight, code-based queue and batch-scheduling platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
Enque replaces physical waiting rooms with a transparent, code-driven flow. Organizations can create "Sessions" and publish "Batches," and participants can join these queues using unique join codes. Enque acts strictly as a scheduling engine and intermediary. We are not responsible for the actual services, events, or appointments provided by the organizations utilizing our platform.
To interact with queues, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The requirement to authenticate ensures that your queue state remains durable and accessible across all your devices. Enque reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Admins and Officials using Enque to manage queues are entirely responsible for the accuracy of their batches (capacity, date, time, venue) and for honoring the queue order generated by the platform. Enque does not guarantee that organizations will adhere to the schedules they create, and we bear no liability for missed appointments, delays, or organizational mismanagement.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Enque makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, or flawless execution of the platform. In no event shall Enque or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
